Their clients love mid-century modern and brands they recognize. Clients make online submissions via computer or phone including a photo, asking price and low price, knowing they will receive 50% of the selling price. When items are accepted, they ask for the client’s ideal pick up window. The average sale happens within in 22 days with permission to discount the item after 30 days. You can ask for “flash sale” pricing, or set a “floor” price and have the item returned for a $65 fee if it doesn’t sell. Otherwise there is no pickup or warehousing fee as long as the item is priced at $90 or more. After 8 months with no sale the items will be donated if not retrieved by client.

They are really proud of their drivers, their training, insurance and status as full time employees. These folks are real problem solvers, adaptable and focused on happy customers. Drivers also have the say-so to reject items if they don’t meet the Move Loot standards for condition. On the delivery end, buyers are able to reject an item if it just isn’t what they expected and don’t want it.

Thank you to Annie, Eliza and Andrew!

Call on Janet Flint and Space and Time Organization for help with de-cluttering, reorganizing, staging, downsizing and moving services. We love to help you focus on what’s important and create the home or office environment that makes it happen for you.
